Code of Conduct


The Wurm Online Forums are run so that players of the game have a mutual place where they can exchange ideas, help other players learn the game and share their enjoyment of the game. The aim is that the forums should be a central point where ALL players feel welcomed on an equal basis and can grow into a useful resource for everybody. To this end, here are a few simple rules to guide you in your posting:


1/ Use of these forums is a priviledge and you must respect the rights of others. You may not harass ( sexually or otherwise), defraud , threaten or cause unwanted distress to any member.

2/ Do not use sexually explicit, harmfull, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language.

3/ Do not discuss controversial topics such as (but not limited to) politics,religion, racism, sexism,or sexual orientation.

4/ Do not talk about drugs, drug usage,any illegal substances.

5/ Do not talk about illegal activities such as warez, torrents, or macro's, even jokingly

6/ English is the primary language for these forums.

7/ Do not post any inappropriate links.

8/ Do not swear. Use of work arounds are not acceptable.

9/ Do not spam, troll, derail threads or posts.

10/ Do not impersonate another member.

11/ Do not use inappropriate avatars depicting nudity, drug use, profanity, sex, or other inappropriate behavior.

12/ Abuse of any kind against GM / FM / CM or players are not acceptable



GM and FM have the right to edit,delete, move any post or thread,issue warnings or bans as they see necessary to enforce these rules. 




Following is a guide only as GM / FM have the authority to skip any or all of the penalty ladder.

Punishments as follows:
1 warning
7 day ban ( review for permaban )
permaban ( requires review )
